Procediamo per ordine, yum check ti segnala ancora qualcosa? Hai risolto quel problema?

al momento il comando mi segnala ancora dei pacchetti, un certo numero, duplicati.
Stasera posterò l’output del comando.

yum ti da come output coppie di pacchetti duplicati: quello più nuovo e quello più vecchio (lo capisci dalla versione). Con
# yum remove nomepacchettofacendo attenzione ad inserire il nome, completo di versione, del pacchetto più vecchio, dovrebbe rimuoverti il duplicato. Vale la regola di sempre, se si porta dietro dipendenze non rimuovere niente.

Dovremmo esserci, installa le dipendenze mancanti

check allche dovrebbe essere a posto non dando alcun errore.
Per tornare ad acrobat reader potrebbe essere ora possibile installarlo dopo aver scaricato il file rpm dal sito ufficiale?

prima di installare, anzi, cercare di reinstallare l’adobe reader ho dato un
# yum updateche mi ha ritornato i seguenti errori di dipendenza

finalmente riesco a riprendere il post. Sono riuscita ad installare, e con successo, l’adobe reader scaricando il file .bin dal sito ufficiale. Installato e funzionante; unica cosa che domando se è giusto che il programma venga installato, di default, nella cartella:
/opt.
Ora non rimane che il secondo problema ovvero che il comando:
# yum updatemi ritorna una serie di pacchetti da aggiornare ed in fondo i seguenti messaggi:

E’ capitato anche a me ed ho risolto eliminando libdvdcss, aggiornando il sistema e reinstallando libdvdcss
[code]# yum remove libdvdcss
yum update
yum install libdvdcss[/code]
se l’ultimo comando non funziona # yum --enablerepo=atrpms install libdvdcss
libdvdcss2 è una dipendenza di libdvdcss
buona sera,
pur seguendo l’ultimo suggerimento all’aggiornamento, dopo il comando di rimozione del pacchetto, mi ritorna il consueto errore ovvero:
--> Processing Dependency: /usr/sbin/ldconfig for package: libdvdcss2-1.2.13-7.fc20.x86_64

ho appena provato quanto suggerito ed l’update sembra andare a buon fine.
