niente da fare: la stampante è in locale, avevo dimenticato di dirlo…

è normale che system-config-printer mi dia questo prima di partire:

ho provato ad aggiungere la stampante ( locale ) mettendo come indirizzo

ipp://cups-server/printers/printer

ma poi la risposta è

In attesa - Unable to locate printer “cups-server”.

anche perché come server da confing-server-connetti mi da
o /var/run/cups/cups.socket
o localhost
che però nella configurazione non accetta.

sì: da win stampa. Per cui dovrebbe essere perfettamente collegato.

cancella e riconfigura la stampante come da system-config-printer lasciando fare al configuratore senza dare uri particolari, poi da root:

quello che non capisco è perché questo casotto all’improvviso…la stampante era la cosa che aveva funzionato subito al passaggio a F16. Boh…
