ModemManager.service
gssproxy.service
packagekit.service
networkmanager-wait-online.service
la mia situazione ora è la seguente:
[skiava@skiava-sdt ~]$ systemd-analyze time
Startup finished in 1.186s (kernel) + 3.799s (initrd) + 45.358s (userspace) = 50.343s
graphical.target reached after 45.345s in userspace

LOAD = Reflects whether the unit definition was properly loaded.
ACTIVE = The high-level unit activation state, i.e. generalization of SUB.
SUB = The low-level unit activation state, values depend on unit type.
56 loaded units listed. Pass --all to see loaded but inactive units, too.
To show all installed unit files use 'systemctl list-unit-files'.
grazie
